Dr. Leonard Hobbs is an Associate Pastor for Elim Ministries of Orlando, Florida. He is one of the original eight members that started Elim Baptist Ministries in 1998 under the leadership of Dr. Winfred Verreen, who was led by the Holy Spirit, to begin this ministry. While serving at Elim, Leonard has exercised his God given gifts and talents for the Kingdom of God. Leonard has humbly preached and taught the Word of God when called, inside and outside the walls of the church, including a revival in Belize. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors, Leonard has conducted workshops on Financial Stewardship, leads the men's ministry, and serves as the ministry's financial administrator. Prior to joining Elim, Leonard served as an ordained Deacon and Elder at Miracle Tabernacle, under the leadership of the late Dr. Alphonzo Hardeman.

Leonard is currently employed with Strong Point Research, a Division of Technical and Project Engineering (TAPE), as one of its managers. He was recently honored to be the recipient of the 2014 Leaders Portfolio Award as the National Rising Business Leader of the Year. He is blessed to be able to minister at work as one of the leaders of the Team Orlando Prayer Breakfast. Leonard is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Chi Tau Chapter in Orlando, Florida.

Leonard has a Doctoral Degree and Masters Degree in Bible and Theology from Faith Christian University (FCU), and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rollins College in Business Administration and Economics.
