Lord, Make Me Good Ground

The parable of "The Sower" is one of the most important of the Kingdom of Heaven spoken by Jesus: It is the implied foundation for understanding all other parables. With this story, Jesus used each agricultural symbol to describe how our hearts react when the Word of the Kingdom of God is sown in them, as well as the adversities that strengthen or challenge us for the Word's sake.
Between these covers there is a story about a woman who had a long-standing prayer to be made good ground, just like that which Jesus described in his parable. Although she did not know what all this was going to mean at first, she was ready for the journey. As she began her quest, she realized that the scripture confronted matters of her heart and issues that lay deep within, preventing her from producing God's lasting fruit. She is now not only on the journey to become good ground for God's Kingdom, but is also compelled to share the things God taught her through her answered prayer.
This book allows evaluation of our hearts' current conditions so that we can know where we stand in our relationship with God, and properly apply the Word sown in our hearts. This book is also meant to challenge Christian brothers and sisters at every level to strive not only to be a Believer of the Word of God, but also for the ultimate level as Followers of Christ.
