The Shadow (A Short Story)

Shattered by the death of his daughter, Victor plans on revenge at all cost. He quits the only job that can help him find the man who caused the death of their daughter. Roger, Victor's boss, is not happy and also wants Victor back to work at all cost. Being that Victor is their best bomb sniffer, Roger desperately needs him if he's to succeed in finding the terrorist, the Shadow, who threatens to destroy their organization. Failing to persuade Victor back to work, Roger takes desperate measures, unaware that Victor has even darker plans. Who will succeed? Will they defeat the Shadow?
