A Lost Paradise

'A Lost Paradise' is a philosophical fairy-tale that was published in 'The Lilac Fairy Book' in 1910. It tells us about a charcoal-burner and his wife who used to prosper but now live in poverty. So one day the king is passing their hut by and hears the woman sobbing. She talks about Eve and lost paradise, claiming that she would never have done that... So the king gives her a chance.
