The Invisible Man

The author described in this novel the fate of the English scientist and physicist Griffin who invented a machine which made a man invisible. The scientist did not want to publish his discovery, he wanted to do it later – he thought that it could make a great sensation in the future. However, due to financial difficulties, he could not continue its work. He decided to "disappear" and start a completely new life as an invisible man. Griffin turned into an invisible condition and set fire to the house where he lived, to cover their tracks...
