This story is told by a black American veteran who had a firsthand experience on prejudice against racial color. It unfolds the reality in the war zone and the fight between blacks and whites. It tells us that the blacks have not just been fighting in another country's battlefield but to their own racial battlefield as well. When the war is over, it's not actually over for them. And until now, they are still struggling in that war.
