Divine Warnings

Spring Break seems like an advantageous time for Edith to take a road trip with three of her grandchildren. They're going to visit her grandparent's home that has been recently refurbished as a country get-a-way. Coverage for the kids' electronic devices will be unavailable on the hundred acre property and she envisions a tranquil and beneficial visit. She is praying that she, and the trip, will be a positive influence, especially on Ginny, her granddaughter who is demonstrating some disturbing behaviors that seem to be a reaction to her parents’ divorce.

Edith starts receiving warning signs on the afternoon they are to leave, but she feels they make no sense, therefore, she manages to come up with an explanation for each incident. As the trip continues the messages become more intense, as her past and present collide in a terrifying manner that puts them all in danger. Attempts to undo the damaging results of rationalizing the warnings are met with physical and spiritual battles.
