Message to Judah

The current state of Black America seems to indicate invisible fetters of generational poverty, single parenthood, and high incarceration rates have replaced the old iron shackles of chattel slavery. And increasingly, to be young, male, and Black is synonymous with courting death by execution at the hands of police. In fact, the status of African-Americans has diminished to the point we are now compelled to convince society that our lives actually matter.

What is driving the adversarial force shaping the social, economic, and judicial policies affecting us as a people? And what will it take to change attitudes and cultural constructs rooted in the very psyche of the nation itself?

The author condenses secular history, Biblical prophecies, and cultural experiences unique to Black Americans to present a powerful case for re-thinking the meaning of 'Black in America,' and provides a call to action where judgment begins: at the house of God.
