Science fiction: Adventure, Horror, Mystery Classics Best Seller's for 99 Cents Dixie (adventure, fantasy, romantic, action, fiction, science fiction, amazing , western, thriller, crime novel)

This story comes from the first issue of The Frontier, as did the J. Allan Dunn story I posted a couple weeks back. This time the story is a western. At least the setting is western...the story could have been set just about anywhere. I thought the story was a bit sappy, but over all I liked it.
