Another Chance

Another Chance is where a broken heart, the "empty-nest" syndrome, and a plane crash collide, literally. We find Jay, a single mother of her only child Julian, a freshman in college, as she tries to cope with her loneliness of his being away from her for the first time. Compounding her loneliness is the continual sadness caused by the breakup of her relationship with her high school sweetheart and one true love Keith, father of her son. We find out what happens when she decides to pay her son a visit.
Julian has started college, and after a few months Jay has decided to pay him a visit. She is feeling the angst of being alone for the first time in her life and hoping this trip will help ease the sadness of not seeing her only child every day. She also wants to get away from the memories of her now strained relationship with Keith. Julian decided to go to college, over 600 miles from home, as he needed to become his own man.
On the flight to see her son, Jay's plane crashes, and there are only a few known survivors. It is now up to Julian, with the help of his father, to join the search to find her, but first Julian has to get past the hostility he has harbored towards his mostly absent father.

Will they be able to find Jay ? Will father and son finally be able to resolve the grief that has gone on for so many years? And will Keith finally realize that he is still in love with Jay?
