Lets Tell It Like It Is

Let's Tell It Like It Is is a collection of poetry written as I observe life in all its many aspects. I delight in the intensity, the humor and the beauty of the world as it flows around me and often feel inspired to capture these reflections in poetry. In these poems you will find humor, sadness, amazement, puzzlement and a deep awareness of the Lord in nature and among other aspects of life.


"The Night" tells the heart-rending account of Jesus final evening and crucifixion. While at the other end of the scale "Why Do People fall Asleep in Church" takes a look at exactly that. "I Love You" encapsulates a walk on the beach with the Lord as I feel His Presence and power in the mighty roar of the waves, and more gently "The Voice of the Waves" speaks a softer message of tenderness and intimacy.
