Trouble Along the Border "A Four Companions book"

The four companions reunite and face challenges that exceed even their wildest dreams. Someone is destroying the oil fields in Texas and the Texas Rangers have been called on to put an end to it. Even the President is concerned that the wanton acts of sabotage could endanger the national security of the country. The four companions are called upon to find out who is behind it. Meanwhile residents along the border have witnessed mysterious lights at night. Is it a secret government program or could it be a visit from outer space?

But things are not what they seem and they have to use all their intelligence and courage to discover what is behind the danger along the border.

Charles Townsend – The once frail orphan has become a strong athlete. A judge rules that he is an emancipated juvenile and thus fabulous wealthy. All the same Charles continues his studies while trying to deal with his odd powers.

Americus Attucks – Americus has quickly acquired a reputation as someone who is best not troubled with while assuming responsibilities that few adults would ever dare assume.

Chase Wright – Chase continues work on his law degree while also pursuing a career in law enforcement. His biggest challenge is keeping Ned out of trouble.

Ned Maverick –Tall and strong he is ready to take on all comers, everyone that is but Ginger May Peppers.
