The middle of the 21st Century, society has abandoned oil and nuclear resources in favor of a return to steam. A new power known as plasma energy promises to change all that, but a conspiracy threatens those plans. Davin Cross, an ambitious CIA analyst, risks his career and his life to expose these terrorists and stop them from incinerating all of London.
