The Ship in the Bottle

A widowed father and his daughter raid the attic during a rainstorm one night and discover an artifact from the widower's early life: A perfect recreation of a ship he once knew in a bottle that was given to him many years before. But, is the ship in the bottle just a recreation of the ship, or could some kind of dark magic have actually miniaturized the ship and its crew? Or is it all in the head of a young girl?
