Shorty Longfellow and the Magic Red Ribbon

Now Shorty Longfellow stretches out into a chapter book. His good friend Baloney Sammy is going on vacation, but he gives him a magic red ribbon to remember him by. Shorty meets a new friend---not a dog!---but a giraffe named Molly G. They discover that they both get teased about how they look. They get so silly about it. Sharing this silliness brings Shorty's new giraffe friend close but, like magic, his old friend Sammy's friendship gets even closer.
