A philosophical life’s testimony found in the reality manifest that is Jesus Christ. This testimony is grounded in an inquiry into the philosophy that counters “worldy" conditions of “existentialism;” that found as an antithesis to doubt, anxiety and fear, this being the Gospel of Jesus Christ leading to certainty, trust, and hope. I challenge traditional Existentialism in content and context deconstructing tired and abused “absolutes” that became innocuous a century ago, but to now have its dire effects of angst and nihilism ubiquitously felt in confounding questioning into being and nothingness. There is more than nothingness to existence there is pure reality as infinite in possibility in this life as well as the next. I found my joy in a life liberated from my misery of same-sex-attraction and heavily burdened by a near 20 year perpetuation of psychosis with schizoaffective disorder. Since finding something in life that is truly real and really true, I have quelled my same-sex-attraction and the misery it caused me since a young boy of 13 has been replaced by the love of God and family. The nightmare that was nearly 20 years of a mind deeply stricken by psychosis in a schizophrenic state of schizoaffective disorder is now in remission. Both of these major life challenges that I chose to fight I did so and overcame because I learned the source of all truth and ultimate pure reality. Once one finds truth and knows it one may either hide and recoil like a rodent in the dark or joyously accept this truth and crave more. This truth leads to more and a flourishing of satisfaction, gratitude and happiness in life ensues that leads to the ultimate source, which is a transcendence from the “world” and into the arms of he who is the manifestation of pure reality itself, he having given all for everything, now to be at one with as one commits to a life beyond the artificial constructs of the temporal that mystify with shimmer and shine and guarantee finitude, but joyfully accept that which is real and eternal, namely love, goodness, intelligence, wisdom, relationship, service, charity, humility, virtue, integrity, and the life lived of and by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
