Amazing Stories of 20th Century

There is something about a human interest story that touches one's soul; whether it be David slaying Goliath, an underdog rising to become a champion, or fugitives being harbored from an unfriendly enemy, who are rescued and returned to safety. Most of the stories in this book, are just that. The book is divided into two halves; the three stories in the first half relate directly to their times. The two stories in the second half, relate more so to the political and national overtones that existed at the time.

Because Hollywood sometimes uses fictionalized scenes, when the source for a segment of the story was provided by the movie about it, or when quoting dialogue from the movie; it appears between brackets followed by the name of the movie. This was also done for the purpose of color; Whereas Motion pictures have both audio and video, effects, special effects, and music that a book can't provide.
