For The Love of Dobie's

I didn't set out to write my autobiography consisting of my dogs and I, but after I started telling people different stories of episodes in my life I thought, 'Well, maybe this might be a good book.' It took two years to write about some very good times in my life, and some very, very hard times. Now that it's done I believe there were many more good times than bad, although I read it back and I still shed tears, but I also laugh, and that's what makes me go on.
