Savor Detroit Cookbook

Volume One of our Savor Detroit cookbook is an extension of our most popular culinary event series Savor Detroit, produced by Hour Detroit magazine. Savor Detroit celebrates the collaborative spirit of the culinary community in Detroit, featuring ten different chefs over the course of five nights, for one delicious experience. The Savor Detroit cookbook is a compilation of recipes from the Spring and Fall 2014 Savor Detroit event series that feature a different duo of metro Detroit's top chefs each night, who work together to create a custom five-course dinner menu for guests to enjoy. The Savor Detroit cookbook brings the dishes served at the event to life, with beautiful food imagery, extensive recipes and step-by-step instructions, suggested wine pairings, craft cocktail recipes, chef bios, and more.
