An UNDERWORLD UNLEASHED tie-in. Neron makes the Ray an offer to rewrite history so that Death Masque never existed, erasing all the villain's evil. All Neron wants in return is the hero's soul. Meanwhile, Ray's younger brother Joshua is cornered by Death Masque.
