Winds of Valor is the second book in historian Carol Harp Norman's "The Texas Wind" series. It is the story of James Campbell, one of the first Texas Rangers. He worked valiantly during the conflict of The War of Independence from Mexico and to fight warring Indians in his mission to bring justice to Texas between 1831-1840.
