The Legends of Christopher Drake: In the Beginning

The Legends of Christopher Drake: In the Beginning is a young adult, science-fiction story about a young man who lives a rather normal life, working full-time as an assistant in an animal shelter/clinic in Guntersville, Alabama. After a a mysterious phone call and a terrible accident, he finds himself waking up, bloodied and injured, in a world not of his own. He learns he is now in the world of Sinnai, a place where the myths and legends he knows of are now a reality.

Christopher embarks on a quest full of trials and misfortunes in hopes of discovering more about the new world he is in, and along the way, he will learn more about himself as he grows throughout the book. The Legends of Christopher Drake: In the Beginning is only the first installment in the series.
