The Day of the Lugworm

This is a little Quick Flash story about a trip up the North West coast of Cumbria. Readers who live a decent distance away, such as America, will know it as the Lake District. Apart from getting my late mother’s house ready for the market we (Evo and I) also relaxed with a little sea fishing which I grew up doing catching everything from plaice to Mamelukes (you’ll know what a Mameluke is if you had a decent childhood). This isn’t a fishing story to read on the way to work, it’s a little more interesting than that. For troublemakers it also has in it a little controversy, which is actually true. Have fun reading it, that’s the main thing.
