Marcus Hunt is the leader of the Black Revolutionary Party. He’s planning terrorist attacks in San Francisco, New York, and Dallas. His white wife, Elizabeth — whom he ditched in Chicago — and their newborn, has returned to San Francisco for support. He’s being followed by the FBI and there is a contract out on him. The twist is Marcus doesn’t know that the FBI informant is his wife, Elizabeth.
