The Long Now Part One

A lonely author finds himself losing time for his work in exchange for an obsession with the woman in the coffee shop across the street. Finally getting the courage to confront her about his intense desires, he is overwhelmed by the moment and leaves before a final word with nothing to go on but a mysterious note left in a signed copy of his newly published book, inspired by and given to the woman herself. Will he find true love or end up as just another night of magic among the many stars she surely collects through life?
