Seventy-Six Short Instructions for Mind Therapy

This precious teaching was given by Kyosang Rinpoche, a famous Lama of Tibetan Buddhism, five years before his Passing Away in 2014. Having read this book, he found it to be quite correct. We were hesitating for a long time whether we shall publish it at all, as this teaching was shared with "inner disciples" only, but then, at least, we decided that its publishing will be useful for many Buddhists.
