Lizzie, come back, please

Lizzie lunges for the passenger side door handle and manages it with ease using her mouth. The door not only opens but she somehow pushes it forward and then Lizzie turns and grabs the sleeve of Murdoch’s jacket in her mouth. Soon Lizzie has Murdoch half way out of the burning vehicle. She is free of the inferno but the selfless rescue of her master is uppermost on her mind it seems, even to the detriment of her own well being. What a dog!

This satirical story is written in the tradition of B-Grade stories, complete with all the stereotypes, creativity and effects – flaws and all.
