Chinese forces occupying the West Coast ally themselves with the American dictator and kidnap the Rebel’s interim President, along with Kate and the President’s Israeli protective detail.

In a daring Colorado operation Jude fights the elite Chinese Marines kidnappers and rescues Kate but the Chinese get away with the President.

Back on the East Coast the Appalachian Command presses against the dictator and his forces, driving them out of Washington DC and pushing north. Dictator Greco’s forces kill someone very important to Jude. The Insurrection continues!
