My Storm and Other Readings

This book includes short stories about the author's blind father and the experiences she has gone through. Her father is a successful, accomplished Chiropractor who didn't let his blindness stop him from achieving his goals. Life lessons are sometimes learned when we least expect it and can come from unexpected sources. In My Eyes tackles a question the author was once asked as a child, “What is it like to have a blind father?” She gives the reader her perspective on this, adding a bit of humor.
