Summer's Out!

In this sequel to The Adventures of Charlotte and Bloom, the two super-powered girls must face middle school for the first time. But all goes wrong when Charlotte's parents are in California, her cousin Franny is suspicious about the powers, and two bullies from school named Elsie and Wilma are out to get Charlotte and Bloom! They are starting to wish that school was out, not summer!
