Near-future cyberpunk grunge; In a future where the purest drug is the memories of others, an addicted freak becomes obsessed with harvesting unique human experience from the minds of others. Mingus Casey is a Kiwi speculative fiction author. When 16, he placed 3rd in the first New Zealand Listener/ITAG Internet Fiction competition, using a pen name. Later, Mingus studied creative fiction (The Iowa Workshop, taught by Arda Collins) at the International Institute of Modern Letters at Victoria University in Wellington.
