Nothin' but Dark

Indigo Grey Hawk is an ordinary girl stranded in a strange, new world. Thanks to Global Warming, various man-made diseases, and a string of severely unpleasant wars, the Earth as we know it has been forever changed.

"Nothin’ but Dark" follows Indigo on her journey across the remains of North America to New York City, where a new society is rumored to be emerging from the city’s ruins. What she finds when she arrives is strangely disarming. Despite the drastic decline in the population, people still seem just as reluctant to play nice, and her introduction to the new city turns into a series of adventures that unfold in some of the most painful and unfortunate of ways. Thankfully, not all who Indigo meets during her travels have been darkened by such desperation. Ever the survivor, she finds she must use her observant nature and sharp wit to navigate the politics (and the violence) wrapped tightly around this new hope in the Rotting Apple.
