Banished to the past and still unable to return, Alexys finally finds what could be her first disciple, a young woman who runs an inn in a village north of Hester's small town. But something inside of the goddess has changed, Hester's magic has awakened something inside of her. She now has a new hunger that needs to be satisfied, a darker one that goes against everything she is.
