More crazy adventures for sub-fairy Daze. The Fairy Queen eventually remembers to brief Daze about her task. She is to find and support the correct suitor needed to break the spell on a princess who cannot smile. But the situation Daze finds is quite the reverse. To the farcical antics of the sub-fairies and elves are added the whacky world of Lucinda, a lady-in-waiting, and George, a poet who fancies himself as a poet. Daze eventually discovers the true situation, and finds she is faced with negating a spell cast 20 years before by the wicked fairy Maledina.
On the way, we enjoy incompetence, jokes, songs, a ventriloquist, and sundry chaos. This play is suitable for kids from 6 to 16 -- and for their parents too.
