The story is about the shooting at the Ten Mile School near Baxley, Georgia on January 6, 1933 of which one man died and one woman was injured (spinal injury) and lived for twenty five years until her death at fifty four years old as told by her youngest daughter. This accounts for the trials and tribulations put on this family from that fateful night.
