Leslie is determined to lose weight and exercise more. Diets and gym memberships aren't enough for her. As a sexual masochist, she designs more powerful incentives to motivate good behavior in the first two stories. And she doesn't hesitate to include her husband, Alex, in her new, healthy lifestyle.
