Set in days gone by, this is the story of Lord Crowley and the daughter, Arabella, of one of his serfs.
Lord Crowley's serf is in dire straits and cannot satisfy his debt, so he strikes a bargain with Lord Crowley to take his daughter, Arabella, as his mistress, in lieu of payment.
