Flora

The streets of the small hilltop town were alive with the rattle of footsteps and the hum of good-humoured voices. Most of the visitors seemed to be prepared for the climax of the festival, dressed in simple or old clothes and wearing sandals or in bare feet. A few tourists, however, were wondering why everyone else seemed so very casually dressed. Wearing pressed short-sleeved shirts and slacks, a couple in their late twenties looked around in confusion or concern at the gathering crowds.
