It was late on a crisp autumn evening in a quaint Wisconsin town. The journalist/poet was sprawled out on a couch, in the in the living room of an historic bed and breakfast inn, reading a book. When a beautiful man asked her for permission to sit, it was the beginning of an 8-month fervent affair. She captured the illicit romance, which turned her entire world on its head, in verse.
