The Popcorn Tree

Mr. & Mrs. Douglas were a very sweet, kind, elderly couple who loved and cared for their feathery friends. They were always careful to make sure there was enough food in the birdfeeder, until the first winter’s snow covered everything.

Now the bird feeder is empty for the first time. Mr. Blue Jay and his friends believe that the cherry tree from the summertime has turned into a Popcorn Tree.
