What Is The Shadow?

This is a short booklet which gives an in-depth definition of the shadow as well as a discussion on the basic ways to work with it. From early childhood, we encounter aspects of our personality and character that are expressed in such a way as to be rejected by others or even ourselves. Those parts of our personality get forced into the shadow. Within the shadow is the potential for talents and abilities which could improve our life in ways we can’t imagine. Reclaiming the shadow is a way to reclaim our wholeness. This booklet provides a brief introduction to those concepts.
