In this book, recipes are not all vegetarian, or vegan, though there is a fair number of animal-friendly recipes included. We've also included recipes from all the countries where we've been, all the cultures we've been introduced to by our friends, and family, and we've included some childhood favourite recipes - you know? Those recipes that make you remember happiness in its simplest form, and the simplicity of the perfect day.
We have included some recipes that show you the way to get to diabetes in a single meal, but we've also included our high-protein, complex carb vegetarian recipes, used mostly when Ava presents dance retreats. These retreats have professional level dancers crushing every limitation in their bodies for eight hours a day, 4 days in a row, and the diet plan is designed to make sure they don't have body aches, muscle spasms, or low-energy slumps during the day. So if being really active, and competitive, and healthy defines your body, this is the recipe book for you.
