Monique Cooper knows she needs to be hard to survive. Her mama taught her that. With the local cops in her pocket, Monique is living large off the smack she’s selling.

But a rookie on the force by the name of Ben Vaughn is throwing a wrench in all Monique’s plans. He’s looking to make a name for himself and Monique is right in his crosshairs.
