LENQ CE = Language Key. The LENQ CE book introduces a 40 character phonetic, mathematic, harmonic alfubet, with chart, poems, illustrations, a glossary of common words, and history of its conception. LENQ CE shall be a global second language, to be taught to students and international diplomats...(in addition to the youths' local language, and any others they wish to learn. ) When N.E.S.A.R.A. Law is announced, LENQ CE shall be printed on paper, with hemp being the choice for the first edition. Dictionaries are needed, so students do not continually have to do the addition required for mathematical words. A paper pocket dictionary is best. And a contest for a keyboard?!?!?!? Smile.
