Lost in deep space the Star Ship Omega Nine is over thirty years from reaching home. They have just suffered a major lost. The captain and security chief had been abducted and are slaves on an alien world. Acting Captain Sophie Loren was forced to flee the planet or risk being abducted too. Now she has another problem. A virus has broken out on the ship. She has not choice but to release Dr. Travis McCoy from the brig. He was facing charges for being drunk on duty and conduct unbecoming an officer. The doctor may drink but brilliant. He quickly diagnosis the virus but need ingredients that are not on the ship.
