Sound the Trumpet

This short book began life as a Christmas teaching that I sent to my friends called "What Can I Give Him?". I was very blessed to receive some lovely comments about it that encouraged me to turn it into a book called "Sound the Trumpet". I ask why has the Christ disappeared from Christmas? How can we respond to God's gift of the Christ-Child and how can we put the Christ back into Christmas?

The book then looks ahead to a new year and a new spiritual adventure with God and suggests some ideas as to how we can help God deepen and strengthen our faith and spirituality and how we can allow Him to help us draw closer to Him. How we can fight the spiritual battles that will assail those who truly love God and ends with some words of encouragement that I hope will make you smile.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that this is only a Christmas book. It isn't. All that I write is merely sharing my experiences and mistakes from my own spiritual journey to try and help others along the road that they are walking and to encourage them in their own spiritual journey.

"Sound the Trumpet" is a book whose words and advice are applicable to Christians all year around and every step of the hard road that we have been asked to walk so I hope that it will bless you and encourage you as walk by God's side towards the destiny He has chosen for you.
