In a future where everyone has some magic, being good at it still doesn't make you popular in high school. Kyle knows firsthand. But when a popular and pretty girl starts to show interest in him, Kyle begins to hope that maybe things will start to get better. Until he learns an ancient organization determined to lower everyone's magic level is willing to eliminate anyone with exceptional abilities, and Kyle has just become their number one target.
