The citizens of the former pirate freeport may appear to have settled down to their peaceful lives of capitalism once more, but there is a dangerous undercurrent of political anger stirring beneath the calm surface. It is a situation Marcus Jocan has been working hard to diffuse, but his old friend Traetan Daeon has news that threatens to upset their hard earned balance.
