Mail Order Bride: The Disfigured Seamstress From New York & The Kansas Widower With Three Children

A woman decides to go to Kansas to become the wife of a widower with three children, after her sick father encourages her to do so. She was burned on her face after an accident with hot oil when she was eight. Rebecca pleaded with her father to tell the man that she’d been disfigured, but when she arrives she’s still not certain that he’ll accept her, or what he’ll be like.
