The Little Lion Who Smiled

The Forest was quiet and all the Animals had gone to bed. There were no Bedtime stories because it had been a busy day. The fun and games that had heralded the 7 days celebration in the Forest was marked by food and dance. It was the turn of the Leopard to watch over the Animals in the Forest while they slept. Each Animal took turns to ensure everyone was safe. As the Leopard was going round the forest, he noticed that the Lion Cub was pacing frantically around his home. He was looking so concerned and worried. "Why are you still awake by this time?" asked the Leopard. "I had decided to spend time with some friends and when I got home, I found the light on but my Mom is not here" replied the Cub.....
